fast fwd:: the dawn of boris and counter strike....

i left writing inbetween due to public animosity garnering around the blog......We became seniors....then super seniors......but m just going to revert back to all of that later......the time im talking about right now is the time when we are in the 3rd year......

What do young 19 yr olds with nothing else to do want to do when they have absolutely

(1) no women in their lives....

(2)no sports to play......

(3)and an oppressive rule of getting back to the hostel by 9.30 and an equally oppressive state law which bans alcohol consumption which also ensures that these 19 year olds have absolutely no lives to live......

These 19 year olds want to get high .....they want to drink.....and not all of them because theyre alcoholics but because theyre so sick of being told what to do and what not to do ....they want to rebel.....they need a vent....and the answer is alcohol......the creator and solution of all problems......liqour.....Be it the cheapest shittiest adulterated alcohol......all those acquainted with Panditji know what im talking about......No seriously who the fuck has heard of partie pescial??......

Now Now i dont intend to make our drinking sprees seem like a phenomena arising solely out of frustration.......It just arose primarily because of this need we felt to get a life here in G'nagar and secondly this urge to drink can also be attributed to the sense of adventure which was associated with it.......Right from getting the booze to drinking inside a pigeonhole of a store room packed with ten people.....however the sense of brotherhood and camaraderie always outweighed the claustrophobia......
We used to drink in a state of constant fear.....But we used to drink.....

We continued drinking for the next three semesters ......out of all these semesters the last semester we spent in glorious drunken reverie........The booze flowing inside our halls of residence would make you forget that ur in a dry state......there were beer nights....vodka nights.....whisky nights.....and beer and vodka and whisky nights...........

We couldve happily continued with our booze binges if not for that fateful day.........No im not talking bout the time when the college was so concerned bout my family ties that they gave me a looooong sickness leave......This incident marked the downfall of the freedom which we had got so used to..........More bout that later.......aavjo........
